Ever see a house that's been sitting empty forever and think, what's wrong with it?

Travis Wright here, with eXp Realty. A buyer asked me that exact question about a home here in Lawton. It had sat vacant for a long time. Because a house that sits can be a red flag, or a hidden opportunity.

Sometimes the price was just too high. Sometimes it's an estate, or an owner who moved away and isn't in a hurry. Sometimes there's a real issue, like the foundation or the roof, and buyers keep walking away after the inspection.

The good news is, I can usually find out. I can pull the history, see every price change, and ask the right questions before you ever fall in love with it. Kind of like checking reviews before you try a new restaurant.
