Transcript

Most people think they need perfect credit to buy a house. They don't. And that one myth keeps a lot of good people renting.

Travis Wright here, with eXp Realty. One of the questions I hear most is some version of, will my credit even work? Some people are afraid to even ask.

Here's the truth. There are loan options built for people who are still working on their credit. A good lender can look at where you are today, and tell you exactly what to fix, and in what order. Sometimes it's one small thing, like paying down one card.

And a quick look does not have to wreck your score. Your credit score isn't a grade on you as a person. It's more like a check engine light. It just tells you where to look.

Reply with the word CREDIT, and I'll help you find out where you stand, no pressure.
